There are multiple options that you may obtain your recent deposit slips, we will go over all the options here in details with you.
If you have a TD business account and are currently enrolled for TD Bank BusinessDirect Online Banking website, after logged onto your account from here: http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8, you may follow the simple steps to view the images of recent deposited items online:
1. Click on the Accounts tab
2. Click on the blue hyperlink of your account name
3. From the drop down arrow, select "Show All", it is under Account History
4. Locate the deposit
5. Click on View
6. Click on Deposit Details
If you have a TD business account and are not yet enrolled for TD Bank BusinessDirect, as long as you have a TD debit card, you may enroll for this service by following this link: http://bit.ly/1dl2HX6. Once you’re at the “Sign Up for TD Bank BusinessDirect” page, please complete the application. You will need your Business Taxpayer Identification Number, account number, ATM/Debit card number, the business name, and your e-mail address. When you are finished with the application, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within 2 business days that contains your User ID and password. In case you don't have a debit card or would like to have immediate access to online banking, you could visit your local TD Bank Store for help. Just in case if you are having difficulties viewing check images online, you can call our Tech Support Specialists 24/7 at 800-493-7562 for additional assistance.
Please note; the above option is only for deposits made within the last 60 days to a TD Business account holders at this time. If you have a TD personal account product, the images of deposited items are not currently available online. However, no worries, we have a couple of options for you to obtain the copy of the images of deposited items or deposit slips.
First, you may request to have your check images or deposit slips mailed to you by calling us 24/7 at 1-888-751-9000 to speak with a Customer Service Representative or visiting your local TD Bank Store during normal lobby hours. You should expect to receive your copies at your address on file within 7 to 10 business days. Please note delays may occur depending on your postal office.
Additionally, if you are enrolled for online banking, you may send a secure message using www.tdbank.com. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
