Welcome to TD Helps, Jamie, we're glad you stopped by!
We do provide the option for TD Customer's to order foreign currency at any TD Bank location. We can also exchange foreign currency to US dollars. Please check out http://bit.ly/TDStores to learn more about our locations and lobby hours. Prior to your visit, we recommend you give a call to the location you chose and that you allow two business days to go by before going to pick up the currency ordered. Please note that there may be fees associated with foreign currency conversions and for more information visit http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
Additionally, we do recommend placing travel notes on your account prior to your trip. To do so, you may contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to have a travel notification added to your account(s).
You may also send us a Secured Message through your Online Banking as well. If you are not enrolled in Online Banking, please click here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. Once you are enrolled, please sign into your account and click on the Customer Service tab and then select Send a Message. If you choose this option, please include the exact travel dates, destinations and if there will be any connecting flight if applicable.
If you are unable to call or send a secure message, you can always place the travel notes on your account at the TD location when you pick up your currency order.
Thanks for submitting your question, Jamie and have a great trip!
