We appreciate your visit to TD Helps today, India.
We do provide the option for TD Customer's to order foreign currency at any TD Bank location. We can also exchange foreign currency to US dollars! Please check out http://bit.ly/TDStores to locate a nearby Store as well as their lobby hours. Prior to visiting, we recommend that your boss give a call to the location she would like to stop in at to request the Euros. We also recommend that she allows two business days before going to pick up the currency ordered.
To receive the latest exchange rates, please call TD International Services at 888-BNG-INTL (888-264-4685) or you can send them an email by visiting here: http://bit.ly/1pvwJIu. Please note that there may be fees associated with foreign currency conversions and for more information visit http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
We also recommend that she places a Travel Notification on her Checking account before she leave for her trip. She can do so by calling our Customer Service Line at 888-751-9000 or visiting a local TD Bank Store. If she's enrolled for Online Banking, another option would be to send a secure message using www.tdbank.com and request the Travel Notifications be added to her account. To send a secure message she must first log in to her TD Bank online profile. On the left hand side, she should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center.” This will help us be aware if we see foreign transactions on her account. We also recommend carrying more than one method of payment while traveling, just in case she encounters any acceptance issues. For more travel tips while overseas, please visit http://bit.ly/1gDrDYu.
If she have any questions while she's traveling internationally, she can reach us at (856)-751-9000. Additionally, she can call collect from a landline at (215) 569-0518.
We hope this is helpful, India and enjoy the rest of your day.
