Thanks for joining us here at TD Helps, Robert.
Although we do not offer any forms for these types of transactions, we would be glad to offer some help and provide information you will need to provide in order to initiate a wire transfer and answer your inquiry regarding a certified check.
To send a domestic wire you will need the name, address and ABA routing number of the receiving bank, the name of the account to be credited, the beneficiary address and the account number.
To send an international wire all you need is:
· The full name, address, including city, state/province, country and account number of the person/business (for Euro
Zone countries – IBAN – International Banking Account Number) you are sending money to
· The full name and address, including city, state/province and country of the financial institution receiving the funds
· The amount and currency of the transfer
Keep in mind also that depending on the currency you are sending, some transactions may take longer than others. You may want to contact the other financial institution to determine what information they require to receive the wire. Please see the link listed below for all applicable fees that may apply. And please note that we do not process or disburse funds from wire transfers received designated Pay Upon Proper Identification (PUPID) and return them to the sender.
At TD Bank, we no longer offer certified checks, however we do offer official checks instead. An official check is a negotiable instrument of guaranteed funds purchased from a national bank. Additionally, there is also a fee to obtain an Official Check. For more information on our fee schedule, please take a look here http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
You may purchase official checks for any amount when you visit your local TD Store.
You mentioned you were visiting us, just in case you would like to view TD Stores near you, please check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps and have a great day.
