Hi, Robert, and thanks for sending your question to TD Helps. We understand it's important to have access to your card and funds while traveling outside of the USA and we'd be happy to help.
For security reasons and for our Customer's protection, we do not provide account numbers or debit card numbers by email or telephone. However, we can send a new debit card to you in Aruba at no cost to you.
If you are enrolled for online banking, please send us a secure message by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see and option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center”. In order to process your request via secure message for your debit card to be mailed to an address other than what is on file, we ask that you be sure to include the following information:
Address to where the card should be mailed
Do you want your card to be sent via Federal Express?
Please include the following statement “I take full responsibility for the card being mailed to the alternate address.”
Once we receive your reply with this information, we will be able to process your request. Please note; your existing debit card will be closed once the new card is issued.
If you are not enrolled for online banking, please contact our Digital Banking Specialists 24/7 at 800-493-7562 for immediate assistance. To contact us from outside the United States, you may also dial direct 1-856-751-9000 or collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518.
If you are enrolled for our BusinessDirect online banking, you may send us a message by using this link to logon http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8.
We hope the information provided help. Let us know if you have any further questions. Have a great one!
