Thank you for stopping by TD Helps, Emily.
If you have requested a TD Visa Debit Card for your TD Checking account via telephone or Online Banking, you should expect to receive your card at your address on file via mail within 7 to 10 business days. Please note delays may occur depending on your postal office.
If you still have not received your new debit card, you may obtain one by visiting any of your local TD Bank Store. To find TD Store locations near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores. All TD Banks have an instant issue machine where you may obtain a new card seven days a week while you wait. You will walk out with a new card in your hand! Once at the Store, if you have already ordered a new debit card online that is currently being mailed, please ask the Store Representative to close it since it will no longer be useful once you activate the card you will receive during your visit.
Hope this information is helpful. Have a fantastic day!
