I closed one account in January and opened a new one. The old closed account no longer shows up on online banking. Is it possible to get that account online again? Last week they told me they could put it up online again but I don't see it.

Once an account is closed, the account information including previous statements will no longer be available via online banking. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
As you've mentioned that you currently have an active account with us, to better assist you, you may request the statement copies for your closed account by calling us 24/7 at 888-751-9000. After account verification, they'd be more than happy to order statement copies on your behalf.You may also ordering statement copies by stopping by any local TD Bank Store, during lobby hours with your valid photo ID.
