Hey Steven, we appreciate your visit at TD Helps today and would be happy to help point you in the right direction.
Once an account is closed, you will not have access to that account via Online Banking; we are happy to inform you that TD Bank retains seven years of history for accounts in our records and would be glad to provide options on how to obtain information on your closed account.
If you have an existing account and know the account number, you can give us a call to receive statements for your closed account. Please contact us at 888-751-9000, we're available 24/7, after we verify your active account, we'd be glad to submit a request for statement copies and we can mail them out to you to the address we have on record. Please note, you should expect to receive the copies in approximately 7 to 10 business days.
Unfortunately, if you do not have any other active accounts with us, you must visit a local TD Bank Store with photo ID, during lobby hours. Any one of our dedicated Customer Service Specialists would be able to assist and may possibly provide you with the statement copies during your visit. We recommend contacting the TD Bank Store prior to your visit, to find a TD Bank near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps Steven and we hope you have a speedy recovery.
