Welcome to TD Helps, Rik. We're pleased to hear you're interested in the TD Go card and will be glad to provide more details.
While you cannot obtain the TD Go card at a TD location, you may request one online by visiting this link:
http://bit.ly/1jWLKzt. Please select the "Enrollment Type" and select "Continue". You will then be asked to create your profile and complete a series of questions. Once you've created a profile, you will then be able to add your teen by selecting the "Adding a Teen" button. You will need to provide their information and fund the card.
The TD Go card is mailed as soon as it has been funded. In order to fund a TD Go card you must have a TD Bank debit or credit card. Please also allow 5-7 business days from the date it is loaded to receive the TD Go card. The card is mailed to the address that was entered online which is most likely the billing address connected to the TD Bank debit or credit card you used to load the account.
Please note, cardholders must be 13 years of age or older, and have a Social Security number. For more information on the TD Go card, take a look here: http://bit.ly/1d2j6OJ. You may also take a look at our TD Go Card FAQs, by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1gRpCay. We encourage you to visit: http://bit.ly/1eSK0Du for the Terms and Conditions for the TD Go card and also here: http://bit.ly/1zrVD2w for the TD Go card guide. Any additional questions about TD Go cards can also be answered by calling 855-219-8050, 24/7.
Thanks for stopping by Rik and let us know if you have any other questions.
