Good afternoon Ellen, welcome to TD Helps and thank you for sending us your question.
We invite you to look here: https://go.td.com/1u2of1Y for more information about the IRAs offered through TD Bank, including savings and term deposit IRAs. Additionally, please view: https://go.td.com/1j4SCQq for a list of our Frequently Asked IRA Questions.
For opening a Roth IRA, you would have to visit a TD Bank Store location. Feel free to check out: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc for a listing of hours and locations. Please note, some documents would need to be signed, and filled out by you if you are transferring from another IRA. If you are looking to transfer from a 401k, we would file a direct roll-over document with your signature.
We would be happy to answer any further questions you have about our Roth IRA's. Feel free to call our IRA Department at 1-800-231-8193, Option 4, available Mon-Fri 8:00am-6:00pm ET, and Sat 9:00am-1:30pm ET.
We hope to hear from you soon, Ellen and enjoy your day.
