Hi, I have a joint account with my sister. Can we have 2 email addresses on the account? Her email address and my email address?

Great question, Donna! We'd be glad to clarify.
When you have a joint account, keep in mind that both signers have equal rights and access to the account. Because of this, each signer is able to maintain their own contact information, including email address, for the account.
If you need to update your email address, we offer a variety of ways to do so! The easiest way to change your email is to update it online. First, you'd have to sign in here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Next, select the Customer Service tab followed by Contact Info.
Once you've changed this information online, a Banking Specialist will send you a message notifying you that the information was changed.
You can also call a Banking Specialist 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or visit any TD Store during lobby hours to make this change. Take a look at TD Stores near you and their hours here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
If this is in regard to your TD Canada Trust account, we encourage you to reach out to a Specialist there for clarification. You are able to visit the Canadian TD Helps Team here: https://go.td.com/1QBOF4U or take a look at their contact options here: https://go.td.com/1woOVay.
We hope this clears things up, Donna, and have a great day!
