I am being paid in USD and the company I work for pays me using a "Crew Card" supported by MasterCard. I am looking for a way to get my fund from my crew card to my bank account. I have a TD US bank account. Can you help me?

Hi Mary! Thanks for reaching out to us at TD Helps today.
As we're unfamiliar with the "Crew Card", we recommend reaching out to the issuer of the card to inquire into whether or not you have the ability to make bank transfers using their card.
On our side, you have the option of requesting funds from your bank accounts outside of TD Bank through your online banking. However, in order to do this, you will need an account number and routing number for your account at the other bank. In the case of pre-paid debit cards, which it sounds as though this may be, you may not have this information or option. To confirm this, we again recommend reaching out to the issuer of your "Crew Card".
