Hello, I'm from Argentina. Last winter I opened a td bank account because I went to work to Vermont. Then I came back to Argentina. While I was still in Eeuu I tried to close the account but it wasn't possible. So now I need to know the situation of my account. For that I need my user name and password. Can somebody help me please?
If my account is still open I need to do another transaction.
If there is anyone who talks spanish maybe is better.

First, since you can't bring your online User Name or Password to mind right now, we invite you to give one of our Specialists a call, who will be more than happy to assist you in resetting your online access. From outside the United States, please reach us via phone at 1-856-751-9000, or collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518. For your convenience, we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The US country code is 1-011.
You'll be glad to know that when you call, a Spanish-speaking Representative will be available at your preference. Simply choose Option 2 when you reach us and we'll be happy to help. During your call, we can also let you know more about your account status, and answer any of your additional questions or provide support you may need from your current location.
After you are able to log back in, you may also be glad to learn that you can communicate with us via Secure Message from within your Online Banking account. Once you can log in, please do so here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Then, locate the Customer Service tab at the top right, and then click on Send a Message. Please submit your inquiry and a friendly Representative will respond shortly. Using this method will eliminate the need to call internationally if you should like to discuss your account with us in the future.
