Hey Sagar, thanks for stopping by TD Helps!
If your dad is a joint owner on the account, he can give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000, visit us at any TD Bank location or send us a secure message through Online Banking to request a new Debit Card. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
If he's enrolled in Online Banking, he may send us a secure message. If he's not currently enrolled for Online Banking, he may call the number listed above to enroll or visit a TD Store during lobby hours. To send a secure message, please have him sign into his account here: http://bit.ly/SMUhhl and select "Send a message"; which is located underneath the Message Center on the left hand side of the page.
Please note that if he chooses to call us or send us a secure message, it can take up to 7-10 business days for the debit card to be mailed to your home address; it will be sent in a plain white envelope.
Please also know if your dad is not listed as an authorized signer on your account, he would need to be added on. To get this set up, the both of you may visit any of your local TD locations during lobby hours with valid photo ID. Please see the link above for TD Stores nearby.
We hope this information is useful and please let us know if you have any questions, Sagar!
