Thanks for joining us on TD Helps, Cristina.
Direct deposit is a great way to ensure your funds are available to you on the date designated by your depositor. Generally speaking, in order to accurately process a direct deposit your depositor must have correct routing number, account number, and they encode the account properly as either a Checking or a Savings account. As long as the above information is provided correctly by the depositor, funds should be deposited to that account at your choice.
If you have been asked by your employer to provide them with a void check or a direct deposit form, take a look here: http://bit.ly/1sSvhT6 where you can view and print our already prepared form. Once you print it, just fill in your personal information and hand the completed form to your employer.
Feel free to reach out to our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000 if you have any other questions. You may also stop by your local TD Bank Store location. To find out the nearest TD Store near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Hope you find this helpful and take care.
