Thank you for coming to us here on TD Helps, Janine! We'll be happy to go over the ways you can retrieve your statements.
Please note that for security reasons, we are unable to email account related materials. However; you may view your most recent statements via your Online Banking. If you have not enrolled for Online Banking, you may do so at: http://bit.ly/1lqyp6r. You will need your account number and ATM/debit card number to complete the enrollment. The system will lead you step-by-step through the process. If you have any questions about the enrollment process, please call our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000 for further assistance.
You may request to have your statement copies to be mailed to you by calling us 24/7 at the number listed above to speak with a Banking Specialist. You may also visit your local TD Store for assistance with your request. If you are unsure of the closest one near you, take a look here for help: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
You should expect to receive your statements at your address on file within 7 to 10 business days. Please note delays may occur depending on your postal office.
You may also request a statement copy be sent to you via secure message by selecting the Customer Service tab. Once there, under the "Self-Service" feature please select the "Statement Copy" link. You will then be able to select the account you'd like to copy from along with the month and year.
Also, depending on the type of statement copy you are looking for, additional fees may apply. For more information, please refer to our current Personal Fee Schedule here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt (please see "copies" for more details).
We hope this helps and please have a great one!
