Thank you for coming to TD Helps with your question, Ignacio. We will be happy to give you the procedures to follow.
Although it is possible to accept the deposits by someone else other than the account holder; we do like to share with you that there are plenty of options that you can make deposits without visiting TD Store locations during normal business hours.
Please note that our ATMs accept check or cash deposits even when our Stores are closed. If you have a very busy schedule and could not make to a store location at all, no worries because we also offer Mail-In Deposit service; you can mail your checks to:
TD Bank, N.A.
P.O. Box Number 1190
Lewiston, ME 04243
Like any other deposits, a few simple guidelines apply:
Cash should not be sent through the mail
Payee of the check and name on deposit ticket should be the same
Checks should be endorsed (and restricted for deposit only)
Multiple checks should be listed and a total of the deposit listed
Enclose the deposit ticket, not the carbon copy
If using a blank deposit ticket, please write account number clearly
Do not staple transactions
Additionally, we offer Mobile deposit service via our Mobile App. You can make deposits to your account by using TD Bank Mobile Deposit App. TD Bank Mobile Deposit is available for most iPhone and Android devices and to customers of at least 90 days or longer with an active checking, savings or money market account.
Please note; there are daily limits and 30-day limits on our Mobile Deposits. The limits on mobile deposits depend on the length of your relationship with TD Bank. Please visit: http://bit.ly/1e3jiYF for more information on Mobile Deposit.
We invite you to take a look at our Personal Account Agreement, http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ. Our complete Funds Availability Policy can be found on pages 38-41. If you have any further questions, you can give us a call 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000.
We hope the information provided help. Let us know if you have any further questions. Have a great one.
