We can absolutely mail you a paper copy of your current statement for the checking account. You may place a statement request by calling Customer Service 24/7 at 1-888-751-9000. You should expect to receive the copy in approximately 7 to 10 business days. To obtain a copy in a shorter amount of time, you may also visit your local TD Bank Store. To find a TD Bank near you, check out http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Another way to obtain your statements is by logging into your personal online account at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq . This option allows you to print statements in the comfort of your home. If you are not enrolled in Online Banking yet, you may do so at http://bit.ly/1lqyp6r. You will need your account number and debit or ATM card number to complete the enrollment. The system will lead you step-by-step through the process. If you are having difficulties printing your statement you may also send a secured message to request a copy of your statement by using www.tdbank.com To send a secured message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq . On the left hand side, you should see and option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center”. You should expect to receive the copy in approximately 7 to 10 business days
