Great question, Kristin! Thanks for writing in today and we'll be glad to respond.
If you currently share a joint account with your boyfriend, you would be able to give us a call anytime, 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to transfer funds to that account.
If you don't currently share an account with him, we would like to introduce you to our Person–to–Person Payments feature, which would be a great and convenient option for you. We invite you here: http://bit.ly/1h4ZIkLfor a little more information. We'll be happy to walk you through the enrollment for this service to get you started.
If you are already enrolled for Online Banking, please click here to log in: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. After logging in to your account, you may click on the tab at the top of the page titled "Person-to-Person Payments." You will then be asked to accept a user agreement, review the fee schedule and confirm your email and phone number. A text and email code will be sent to the mobile number and email address we have on file for you. Next, we will request you to submit both codes for verification to complete the enrollment process. Once the enrollment is complete you’ll be ready to send the payment!
When sending a transfer, you will have two delivery options, three-day or next-day delivery. To qualify for the next-day delivery option, you must wait 90 days from your first successful three-day transfer and must not have had any transactions that overdrew your account in the past 90 days. Please note that fees may apply for the Transfer service. For the Transfers Terms and Conditions please see: http://bit.ly/1lkiC6K, and for more information on the Fee Schedule, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
If you are not currently enrolled for Online Banking for your personal accounts, no worries! We have you covered. You may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, your TD Bank ATM/Debit card, your Social Security number and your email address. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s) and after that, you can proceed with the steps above to begin the transfer.
Just in case you don't have the information required to set up your Online Banking account, or if you need assistance with enrolling or a transfer, you may contact us 24/7 at 800-493-7562 to speak with a Tech Support Specialist. Upon proper account verification, we would be happy to help get you started.
Otherwise, you are more than welcome to visit us at any TD Bank Store listed here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to deposit funds directly to his account.
Thanks again for your visit, Kristin! We're glad you stopped by and hope this helps!
