Thank you for joining us on TD Helps, Mark. We'd be happy to go over maintenance fees and how to avoid them.
On some of our Checking accounts, there is a minimum daily balance required in order to avoid a monthly maintenance fee. If your account falls below the required minimum balance, the maintenance fee would be assessed on the last day of the statement cycle.
We recommend taking a look at the different types of checking and savings accounts we offer to ensure you're aware of the requirements for each of your accounts. Additionally, you may find an account which better suits your needs.
To view and compare our checking accounts, visit http://bit.ly/1aDaRqd or check out our Checking Selector Tool http://bit.ly/1vW1xnU for help with selecting a checking account that is the best fit for you. To view and compare savings account products, click on http://bit.ly/1pJT9I9, or if you prefer, we also have a Savings Selector Tool http://bit.ly/1vW1DvM which can help you choose the best savings account for your needs.
You're also welcome to review the requirements for your accounts with one of our Representatives. Or, if you have found a different account type that is better for you, a Specialist can also assist you. Please call us any time 24/7 at 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Representatives would be happy to help. You may also visit a TD Store during lobby hours to review your change your account. For hours and locations near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores. Finally, you may send us a secured message via Online Banking to request the change. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
We hope this helps, Mark and have a great day.
