It's great to have you on TD Helps, Juliana.
Even though you are unable to visit a TD Bank location in person while you are in Brazil, we do have other options for you, so you may make deposits into your TD Bank account from any country outside the United States.
First of all, we do offer Mobile Banking and Mobile Deposit services. TD Bank Mobile Deposit is available for most iPhone and Android devices and to customers of at least 90 days or longer with an active checking, savings or money market account. Please note; there are daily limits on our Mobile Deposits. The limits on mobile deposits depend on the length of your relationship with TD Bank. If you are not currently enrolled for our Online Banking and your account has been opened for at least 90 days or longer, you must first be enrolled. You can do so by visiting here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your Social Security Number, your TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, your account number and your email address. If you do not have the pieces of information required to enroll, you can contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and they will be happy to help you enroll in Online Banking.
Once you are enrolled for our Online Banking, you can download the app by visiting http://bit.ly/1opBqUt. The user name and password that Mobile Banking will ask you for is the same as the one you've created for Online Banking.
When making a deposit through TD Bank Mobile Deposit and you submit the deposit before 8:00 p.m. ET on a business day, that is considered the date of your deposit; otherwise, the next business day is considered the date of your deposit. Your funds are generally available on the business day following the date of your deposit. Please keep in mind that deposits made through mobile banking will not have the first $100 available on the same business day. In most cases, the full amount becomes available the following business day.
If Mobile Deposit is not an option for you, you can simple mail your deposit to the following address:

The P.O. Box is checked daily and transactions are posted the same day. Also keep in mind that the TD Bank is not responsible for items lost in mail. Here are some additional tips to consider prior to mailing your deposit:
- Cash should not be sent through the mail - Payee of the check and name on deposit ticket should be the same - Checks should be endorsed (and restricted "for deposit only") - Multiple checks should be listed and a total of the deposit listed - Enclose the deposit ticket, not the carbon copy - If using a blank deposit ticket, please write the account number clearly - Do not staple transactions

Last but not least, you may also make an international wire transfer while you're in Brazil and if you prefer, we will be glad to provide the wire transfer instruction as well.
The information needed, including the Swift Code, to send an international wire transfer to your TD Bank account depends on how the funds are being sent, whether it is U.S. currency or foreign currency.
If you will be sending the funds via US currency, you should provide the following information to your bank in Brazil:

Credit to: Your Full Name and Account Title, Your Address, Your Account Number

You should expect to receive the funds within three to five business days. We will post all incoming wires on the banking day they are received. International wire transfers sent by US Dollars can be received until 6:30 PM EST. If the incoming wire is Foreign Currency it can be received until 3:30 PM EST.
