Thanks for making a stop here at TD Helps, Bryant.
If you are using TD Business Direct, you are able to send domestic wires from your online account. To use this feature, you must first be logged in to BusinessDirect. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8. Wire transfers can be accessed through the "Wires" tab. By selecting "click here," via the Wires tab you will have to answer 3 questions in order to enroll. Once your application is submitted, a message will appear; letting you know that you will receive a confirmation telephone call within the next two business days. Please note that if you do not receive a call or if you miss the call from our Representatives, you will have to go into a TD Store near you to complete the enrollment request. If you prefer, you may also use ACH transfers and Bill Pay from BusinessDirect to schedule your payment as well.
If you are not currently enrolled in BusinessDirect and would like to be, you may begin the enrollment process here: http://bit.ly/1dl2HX6. You will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number, Tax Identification Number and email address to complete the process. After your application is submitted, you will receive an email within 2 business days that includes your User ID and password.
If you have a TD personal account such as a Checking or Savings account, we apologize for any inconvenience however, at this time international wire transfers can only be initiated at the nearest TD Store. If you are able to visit us in the States at any TD Store, http://bit.ly/TDStores, to initiate a domestic wire transfer, please be sure to have the name, address, ABA routing number of the receiving bank, the name of the account it is to be credited to and the beneficiary address with account number.
You may wish to send a payment, within the US, by utilizing TD Bill Pay. These payments are either mailed via physical check or debited via ACH and credited to your payee. For a more detailed overview, please visit http://bit.ly/1nAVkiK. To sign up for TD Bill Pay, please select the "Bill Pay" tab. You will then be asked to accept the Bill Pay user agreement. Once accepted, you can then immediately begin scheduling your bills!
To add a contact to your Bill Pay, please see below:
-Select "Add a company or person to pay" link located in the "Pay Bill" box at the "Payment Center" tab.
-Type in the company's name. You can either choose from the options that will then appear or select "Other Company"
-Fill in the necessary fields then "Add Bill."
To schedule a payment using Bill Pay, please follow the steps below after logging on to your account:
- Click on the “Bill Pay” tab located at the top of your screen.
- Click on the “Manage Your Bills” tab.
- Select the appropriate biller from the “Biller Name” list.
- Fill out all of the required information and then click on the “Set Up Payment” Button.
If you have any checks handy, you may wish to mail a check payment. If you have any other questions, please feel free to connect with us from outside the US at 856-751-9000 or 215-569-0518 via landline with an operator's assistance.
Additionally, if you bank with a Financial Institution in your area, you may also connect with them for additional assistance.
We hope this helps and please have a good day.
