Hi Nadya and welcome back to TD Helps.
We want you to have the account types which best suit your needs, therefore; you do have the option of opening a second Checking account. We'd like to share with you, that to open another Checking account it is not necessary to close your Savings account.
If you'd like to open a Checking account, you may do so by following the steps provided in the previous message. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.
Take care, Nadya!
