A new account will take one full business day to automatically show on your Online Banking profile. However, you can reach out to our Banking Specialists to be made view-able immediately. They are available 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 and are willing to assist you with making the account visible immediately after account authentication.
You also have the option to send us a secure message through your Online Banking account. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." Be sure to include the account number in your message.
