Thanks for stopping by TD Helps, Kathryn.
We're happy to inform you that you are able to view your passbook account online. If you're unable to view your passbook account online, we invite you to call our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000 for assistance. Upon account verification, the account should be able to be added alongside your other accounts.
If you wish to enroll for Online Banking for your personal deposit accounts, such as Checking, Savings or Money Market account, you may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM or Debit Card number, your Social Security number and your email address. Once at the page, please select "Personal" from the drop down box. When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier and to create a user name and password. Finally, you will be asked to create three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
If you do not have the required information to set up for Online Banking or if the passbook account is the only account you have with TD Bank, please call the number listed above. You also have the option of visiting your local TD Bank Store for help. For hours and locations near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Feel free to come again if you have any other questions and enjoy your day.
