Thanks for coming to TD Helps for your answers today, Tessa. This is a great question, and we'll be more than happy to help.
While we are unable to provide you with a statement or a list of transactions from one specific merchant, you may either print or request statement copies for the time period that transactions with this company may have been debited from your account.
The quickest and easiest way to receive statement copies is to print them directly from the comfort of your own home by using your Online Banking profile. To access your Online Banking profile, feel free to use the link here https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. If you have not yet enrolled in Online Banking, you may use the link here https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY to do so. You will need a valid U.S. Social Security Number, an ATM or Debit Card Number, your account number, and finally a valid email address.
Once you have logged on, you will then have access to print statements for the past seven years. To view and print your statements, you may follow the steps below:
1. Click on the accounts link at the top of the screen.
2. Click on the checking account number you would like to view statements on.
3. Click on the “Statements” tab.
4. Choose the statement period you would like to view and click “View Statement”.
5. You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statement.
If you do not have access to print your statements, you may request to have them mailed. In order to request statement copies, you may contact a Banking Specialist directly at 1-888-751-9000. Once your account is fully verified, a Specialist will be more than happy to assist you with locating the statement copies you may need, and having them sent to the address we have on file for your account. Currently, there is no fee to receive statement copies from your account. We invite you to take a look at our Fee Schedule here https://go.td.com/2lbbfGg.
In addition to calling, you may also send a secure message to make your request. To send a secure message, log into your TD Bank online profile by using the first link provided above. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. You may also send a secure message using your TD Bank mobile app. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We can generally respond within 24 hours or less. Please be sure to include the specific dates in which you wish to receive statements for.
Your final option would be to visit your nearest TD Store location during lobby hours. During your visit, a Customer Service Representative will be happy to help you perform any research you may need for these transactions, and they may even have the ability to print your statements for you during your visit. To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We hope this information was helpful, Tessa. Have a great rest of your day, and enjoy your weekend!
