Welcome to TD Helps, Patrick. We'd be glad to discuss.
If you are enrolled in TD Debit Card Advance, TD Bank may allow one-time Debit Card purchases or ATM transactions even when you do not have the funds available in your account. Please know that the approval or decline of these transactions are at the Bank's digression and may result in fees.

If you would like to take a look at any fees that may apply please visit http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
If you would like to discuss your account in greater detail, we ask that you contact us directly. You are able to speak with our Banking Specialists 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 or feel free to visit us during lobby hours at any TD Store. We hope this helps, Patrick and have a good day.
