Thank you for your interest in banking with TD, Chris. We'd be glad to help.
First we recommend taking a look at the account options we have available. You are able to take a look at the variety of checking accounts we have found here: http://bit.ly/1oXjGgF. You are also able to take a look at our Checking Selector Tool found here: http://bit.ly/1vW1xnU.
To view and compare savings account products, click on http://bit.ly/1pJT9I9 , or if you prefer, we also have a Savings Selector Tool http://bit.ly/1vW1DvM which can help you choose the best savings account for your needs.
After you've decided on an account that suits your father's needs, we ask that you visit any TD Store to complete the account opening process. Please know that you will need a valid photo I.D. (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.) as well as your Social Security Number and your Power of Attorney paperwork.
To take a look at TD Stores near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores. We also recommend reaching out to the TD Store you plan on visiting prior to your trip to determine if any additional documents are needed.
We hope this helps, Chris and see you soon!
