Thank you for your interest in banking with TD, Jay! We'd be glad to help!
First, we recommend taking a look at the types of checking accounts we have to offer. To take a look at the variety of accounts we have, please visit http://bit.ly/1oXjGgF. You're also able to take a look at our Checking Selector Tool for a custom recommendation, here: http://bit.ly/1vW1xnU.
Please know that regardless of the method you choose to open your account, you will need a valid photo I.D. handy (Driver's License, State I.D., or Passport etc.). We apologize as a municipal or county I.D. won't be able to be used for this purpose. To determine other forms of I.D. that may be accepted, we recommend reaching out to a TD Store directly.
Once you are ready to open your account, you are able to do so online by selecting "Open Account" beneath the product of your choosing, calling us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 or by visiting a TD Store. To take a look at TD Stores near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope to hear from you soon, Jay and have a good day.
