I am a customer, but would like to open a savings account for my 8 year old son. Can I do this online?

Thanks for your interest in a savings account for your son, Kelsey. We're always glad to help even our youngest savers!
At this time, custodial savings accounts can only be opened during lobby hours at your local TD Store. You can take a look at TD Stores in your neighborhood here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
Before your visit, we recommend taking a look at the savings accounts we offer here: https://go.td.com/2dIcnAw.
If you're having trouble selecting an account, we offer an Account Selector found here: https://go.td.com/2sx4N2E.
For your visit, you will need a Social Security Number and a valid photo I.D. (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.). Though your son will not need to be present for account opening, you'll need to bring his Social Security Number or a copy of his birth certificate for verification.
We look forward to seeing you, Kelsey! Have a great day!
