Good morning, Laura. Welcome to TD Helps!
We're happy to announce that, even though your child is a minor, you will be able to open a TD Bank account for them at any Store location!
Once you visit a TD Store location, you're welcome to sit with a Customer Service Representative to go over your specific needs, and they'll be happy to get you and your child into the right account. For a listing of our locations and hours please view: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
It's important to note that you will need to bring a form of valid photo identification when opening the account (Driver's License, Passport, State ID). Also, depending on how you open and title the account with your child, they may need to provide a valid form of identification as well. In addition, please note that an adult would need to be present for the account opening process to take place.
If you have any questions, we invite you to use the link above to contact your nearest TD Store location, or you may also call and speak with a Banking Specialist, 24/7, at 1-888-751-9000.
Thanks for stopping by today, Laura. Have a great day!
