Good afternoon, Helen, and happy Friday!
It's great to hear that you're interested in joining the TD family, and we'll be happy to address your concerns!
Here at TD Bank, we currently only offer and maintain accounts in U.S. Dollars. As you mentioned that you're looking to open an account with Trinidad and Tobago Dollars, the funds would first need to be converted to U.S. Dollars. As TD Bank's ability to do so can vary on a case by case basis, we'd like to recommend that you speak with a Customer Service Representative at your nearest TD Store location.
For your convenience, our Customer Service Representatives are available to help during lobby hours at any number of our Store locations, and you're welcome to use the link here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR to find your nearest location, as well as their lobby hours and contact information.
If you'd like, before your visit to a Store location, you're welcome to review the current accounts offered by TD Bank. We first offer Checking accounts, and you can use the link here: https://go.td.com/2eQORxu to learn more. We also offer Savings accounts, which you can view by clicking here: https://go.td.com/2bSlkVn. If you have trouble deciding, we also offer a Selector Tool here: https://go.td.com/2sx4N2E which can help by making a personalized recommendation, based on your needs.
We look forward to hearing from you soon, Helen.
Thanks again for coming to TD Helps, and we hope you have a fantastic weekend.
