I need to open a trust account for adult Medicaid in New Jersey but I am homebound and handicapped. How can I open up a trust account either from my home or any other way without going to a branch?

Thanks for joining us here at TD Helps, Kenneth. We'd be glad to help provide information regarding your inquiry.
At this time, Trust accounts can be opened at any TD Bank location during lobby hours. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Depending on your location and the type of account you are looking to open, additional documents may be needed at the time of opening. We recommend connecting with the Store directly for additional assistance prior to your visit. You are also welcome to contact a Customer Service Representative 24/7 at 1-888-751-9000 to establish an appointment at your preferred TD Bank Store for you during your call. Feel free to stop by any one of our convenient locations during lobby hours; click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores for hours and locations near you.
Please note, when opening a trust account, all trustees are authorized signers on the account; therefore, it would be the trustee's responsibility to ensure that funds are being used in compliance with the terms of the trust.
We hope this helps and please let us know if you need anything else. Have a good one.
