If you have a TD Canada Trust account in addition to your TD Bank US account, you’ll have the option of utilizing our Cross Border Banking feature. This will allow you to wire transfer funds from your TD Canada Trust account to your US account, free of charge. Please see: http://bit.ly/1ienPN4 for more information. You’re also welcome to call our Cross Border Banking team 24/7 at 877-700-2913.
If you are not a TD Canada Trust account holder and wish to deposit funds into your US account there, we do offer other options for you to do so.
If you need to make a deposit while in travelling, and if you have an active Checking, Savings or Money Market account with TD Bank that has been open for 90 days or more, you may use the Mobile Deposit feature. To use Mobile Deposit, you must first be enrolled for TD Bank Online Banking. If you have not enrolled yet, you can do so for free by following this link: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, Social Security number, your TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit Card and your email address. You could also visit the App Store (for iPhone) or Google Play or Amazon Appstore (Android) to download the App directly to your phone.

Just a few things to keep in mind if you decide to mail in your deposit:
- Cash should not be sent through the mail
- Payee of the check and name on deposit ticket should be the same
- Checks should be endorsed (and restricted for deposit only)
- Multiple checks should be listed and a total of the deposit listed
- Enclose the deposit ticket, not the carbon copy
- If using a blank deposit ticket, please write account number clearly
- Do not staple transactions

Please keep in mind, if you're planning on travelling, we recommend placing a travel notification on your account. This helps us recognize unauthorized transactions on your card, and can prevent your card from becoming blocked. Please be informed that for your protection we will continue to monitor your card activity even when a notification is set. We also recommend carrying more than one method of payment while traveling, just in case you encounter any acceptance issues.
The easiest way to set a travel notification is to send us a Secured Message from your TD Bank Online Banking account, using the login link provided above. You can then send us a message by clicking on the Customer Service tab, then using the Send a Message link. Please include your exact travel dates, destinations and any connecting flight information if applicable.
