I have just moved in the US to work with my company’s US subsidiary. I currently live at the hotel as I haven’t found a definitive place yet. Can I open an account with my company mail address?

Thanks for joining us here at TD Helps, Roland. We appreciate you looking to TD Bank for your banking needs and would be happy to help.
When opening an account at TD Bank, as a US citizen you will need to supply a valid identification (Driver's license, state issued photo ID or passport) and your Social Security Number.
If you are a non-US resident, you will need to visit a TD Bank store location to open the account. Please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores to search for the convenient TD Bank Store locations near you. Additionally, please bring two forms of identification with you. One form of ID must be a valid non-US Passport or Visa with photo and the second form of valid ID you may select from the list below:
- Employment ID with Photo and Signature
- State Issued ID or Driver's License with Signature
- Foreign Driver's License with Photo
- US Employment Authorization card with Photo, Signature and Expiration Date
- College ID with Photo
- Alien Registration Card with Photo
- Permanent Resident Card with Photo
Please note, you must be able to supply a legal proof of address within the US as account opening information will be sent to you via mail to the address you are providing. Additionally, we also recommend connecting with the Store you will be visiting for further information to ensure you have the proper documents. At a later time, you may wish to use your work address or another address for mailing purposes.
Prior to visiting us to open your account(s), you may wish to review the products we offer! We have many different types of Checking and Savings accounts.
