Thanks for coming to TD Helps, Vid! We'll be sure to provide you with the information that you seek. To open an acccount without a Social Security number, we do ask that you open the account with us at any TD Bank location during lobby hours. You must fill out a W-8 form to complete the account opening process. If you are not a US citizen, you will not be required to have a US physical address, but you will need to bring your foreign Passport along with 2 forms of identification: driver's license, State ID, or US Passport. For hours and locations please view: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Before visiting one of our Stores, we suggest checking out our current Checking accounts by clicking here: http://bit.ly/Wczmq0. We also suggest looking at our Checking selector tool here: http://bit.ly/1vW1xnU, it will provide you with a personalized Checking account recommendation. You should also take a look at http://bit.ly/1hzzhPT for more detailed information on each particular Savings Account available at TD Bank. You may find it helpful to check out our customized Savings Selector tool, found here: http://bit.ly/1vW1DvM. Let us know if you have any questions and have a good day.
