I never received anything in the post and was never instructed by the bank agents in New York that I had to open a collateral savings account. I have since rang the credit card services and have been told I was approved by the representative on the phone. It has now been a month since I applied and I have moved state since I applied. I need to get this done asap please advise me as to whether I can open the necessary account online. TY

Thank you for reaching us on TD Helps!
Based on your question, it sounds like you've applied and have been approved for a Secured Credit Card. In order to finalize your Credit Card account, you would need to speak with a Representative at your nearest TD Store. For Store hours and locations near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Thank you again for stopping by tonight and enjoy the rest of your evening.
