We understand that some of our Customers prefer not to be credited any interest on their accounts, Mamdouh. We’d be happy to provide you with a few options to connect with us for this.
First, for assistance in declining any interest credits to your Savings account, we invite you to give one of our Banking Specialists a ring. For your convenience, we are available 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and can help with this request during your call.
You're also welcome to send us a Secured Message so that we can complete this for you. To do so, please log in to your Online Banking account at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq if you currently use this feature. Once you have done so, locate the Customer Service tab at the top right, and then click on Send a Message. Please submit your inquiry and a friendly Representative will respond shortly.
Or, if you'll be nearby one of our Stores, feel free to stop in during our extended lobby hours. If you click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores, you can find the TD Bank Store and lobby hours nearest you.
We hope this will help you with your preference and thanks again for reaching out to us, Mamdouh! All the best to you and have a great week ahead.
