Great question, Jenn!
Currently, each individual signer is eligible to have one Debit Card or ATM Card, per account. If you are the only authorized signer, at this time, you are able to have one Debit Card for your account. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause; however, should you wish to add your husband as an authorized signer, he would then be able to receive his own Debit Card!
To add additional signers to your account, we ask that you please visit your nearest TD Store location during lobby hours to speak with a Customer Service Representative. Please be sure that both you and your husband are present with proper identification so that any proper documents may be filed. To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
Should you decide to add your husband, the Customer Service Representative assisting you should also be able to provide your husband with a Debit Card on the spot!
If you have any questions or concerns about Debit Cards, or adding your husband to your account, please don't hesitate to give us a call at 888-751-9000 to speak with a Banking Specialist, 24/7. You may also have any questions or concerns answered by sending a Secure Message from your Online Banking. To send a secure message, log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. Or, you may send a Secure Message from your Mobile App. Once you've logged in, select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We can generally respond within 24 hours or less.
