My TD Bank HSA credit card has expired. I don't recall receiving a new one. Can I order one online?

Thanks for getting in touch with us about your HSA card, Cherie.
As you mentioned that the card for your Health Savings Account (HSA) has expired, we apologize if for any reason you didn't receive a replacement by mail. Usually, replacement cards are automatically mailed to you about 30 days prior to your card expiration. Debit cards are valid until the last day of the month listed as the expiration month on your card.
If you weren't able to locate the card we sent, we'd be glad to help. We invite you to call one of our Banking Specialists at 888-751-9000, who are available 24/7. They can verify your address on file and issue a replacement card for you, which will arrive in approximately 7-10 business days.

If you have not yet done so, please reach out to our Credit Card department they are available 24/7 and can be reached at 888-561-8861. Upon account verification, they will also able to make an arrangement to have a new credit card mailed to you. As we would like to assist you directly, unfortunately, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum.
If you are referring to your TD Bank Debit Card, replacement debit cards are automatically mailed to your address of record 30 to 45 days prior to the expiration date of your current card. The Visa debit card is valid until the last day of the expiring month. Once the replacement debit card is mailed, you may receive your card via mail within 7 to 10 business days. You’re welcome to contact a friendly Customer Service Representative 24/7 at 888-751-9000, who can make sure the address on file for you is correct, and can check on the status of your card.
