Nice of you to write into TD Helps today, Cynthia! We'll be glad to answer your check order question.
Although you aren't able to order new checks through the drive-thru at your local Store, we do have other ways that you can order your checks.
One way to order checks is by ordering them directly through your online banking profile. If you're not currently enrolled for online banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY . Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Once you're enrolled, please sign into your account, click on the Customer Service tab, select Order Checks and follow the prompts. You can choose your shipping method and check style as well.
You could also send us a secure message through online banking. To send a secure message, please sign into your account and select "Send a message"; which is located underneath the Message Center on the left hand side of the page. Please be sure to include your check style and preferred shipping method in your message.
You could also give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and have one of our Banking Specialists place the check order for you. Or, you can visit any TD Bank during lobby hours. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
