I have a TD checking account for my business and use BillPay. I recently started buying from a vendor that is based in Ottawa, Canada. They accept payment in US funds. Can I use BillPay to pay their invocies? When I searched for their name in the BillPay system they were not found.

Thanks for visiting TD Helps tonight, Doug! We'll be sure to address your Bill Pay question.
We'd like to begin by stating that Bill Pay payees must reside within the U.S. With that being said, we recommend using another method of payment in regard to this particular payee. Take a look here: http://bit.ly/1gWIrp7 to view our FAQ's for Bill Pay.
Let us know if you have any additional questions or you can give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Take care and have a great night, Doug!

I looked at the FAQ page that you linked to and have no idea what I am supposed to see reference to "another method of payment in regard to this particular payee" Maybe you could paste the information that you want me to see into your reply???

Thank you for getting back to us, Douglas and we'd be glad to clarify.
As you need to make a payment to someone outside the United States, we recommend considering Wire Transfer service. You can visit a TD Bank Store location, during lobby hours to initiate an outgoing wire transfer to any financial institution within or even outside the United States. For hours and locations near you, please take a look at: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Once at the Store, you will need to provide the name, address and ABA (routing) number of the receiving bank, the name of the account to be credited, the beneficiary address and the account number. As it is going to be an international wire, please review additional information on sending international wires at http://bit.ly/1oowsYN.
We utilize the services of correspondent and/or intermediary banks to transfer funds to banks overseas. These banks might charge a fee for their services, and the correspondent and/or intermediary bank might deduct these fees from the wire transfer amount. Please note that we do not process or disburse funds from wire transfers received designated Pay Upon Proper Identification (PUPID) and return them to the sender. For more information on fees for wire transfers, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
Please reply back if you still need further clarification, Douglas. Enjoy your day!
