Thanks for reaching us on TD Helps, Yvonne. We'd be happy to review payment methods.
There are multiple options of making your HELOC payments. We'd be happy go over these options with you.
You are able to make a payment at any TD Store near you! To find a TD Store location and their hours, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
You can make a payment from any Checking or Savings account from any financial institution by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1p7K5PC. You will need your Loan Account Number for this option.
In addition, if you would like to manage your HELOC account online, we are happy to provide you with online access via our website. At your convenience, we ask that you contact us 24/7 at 1-800-493-7562. After account verification, they can enroll your account in Online Banking during your call. This access will allow you to manage your HELOC account online. If you also have a TD deposit account, such as Checking or Savings account, you may simply make a payment by transferring funds from your deposit account to your HELOC account online.
If you choose to mail in your payments by checks, you may send your check payments to the following address:
TD Bank, N.A. PO Box 8400 Lewiston, ME 04243-8400
If you should have any issues or need help making your payment, please contact our 24/7 Financial Solutions Group (FSG) Specialists at 1-800-937-5020. Our Specialists would also be able to take your payments via the telephone.
