Am I able to pay my overdraft fees through online banking or to have to go to a TD Bank location?

Thanks for your question, Theresa. We'd be glad to clarify.
When you're assessed an overdraft fee, the amount of the fee is deducted from your account balance. Because of this, the overdraft fees are considered to be paid however transactions processed may be returned.
If you're referring to resolving your balance to remove the overdraft amount, you would simply need to make a deposit.
You're able to use Mobile Deposit when enrolled in Mobile Banking. In order to use the App, you must first sign up for Online Banking. To do so please visit here https://go.td.com/2FHYCjh. For the enrollment process you will need your account number, ATM/debit card, Social Security Number and email address.
You can also sign up using the Mobile Banking App. Once you download the App, you're able to enroll by selecting Sign up. You will need the same information mentioned above. To learn more about the Mobile Banking App, please visit here: https://go.td.com/2RunflD.
Once signed up for Online/Mobile Banking, you're able to enroll in Mobile Deposit by selecting the Deposit icon or Mobile Deposit toward the bottom of the page. After these steps are complete, you may deposit checks anytime, anywhere following the below steps:
From the Main Menu of the TD Bank Mobile Banking app, select Mobile Deposit, then Deposit a Check
Enter the amount of the check
Take a photo of the front and back of the check using your mobile device
Select your account
Review and submit your deposit You may wish to note the date on the front of the check and include the word “Deposited”, for your records.
Additionally, you may want to keep this for 14 days to ensure it has cleared your account. You are then welcome to destroy the check.

Like any other deposits, a few simple guidelines apply:
Cash should not be sent through the mail
Payee of the check and name on deposit ticket should be the same
Checks should be endorsed (and restricted for deposit only)
Multiple checks should be listed and a total of the deposit listed
Enclose the deposit ticket, not the carbon copy
If using a blank deposit ticket, please write account number clearly
Do not staple transactions
Deposits can also be made during lobby, drive up or ATM hours. You're able to review TD Stores and their hours here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
If you're referring to an account was closed with an overdraft balance, you're able to resolve this balance during lobby hours at any TD Store or by calling a Recovery Specialist at 800-354-9769. We apologize as owed balances for closed accounts are unable to be paid online at this time.
