I am registering a new vehicle and need a check for tomorrow morning. Can I stop by a TD bank and purchase a check for this purpose?

Welcome to TD Helps and thank you for sending us your question, Kaitlyn.
If you have a TD Bank Checking or Money Market account, you may visit your local TD Bank Store to request a temporary check. You may also purchase Money Orders at any Store (lobby or drive-thru) for any amount up to $1,000. To find TD Store locations near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores. For information on the fee schedule, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
If you would like to order some checks in case you will need them in the future, we have included some options for you:
If you already use Online Banking, you can order them right through our site by following the steps below:
- Log in to tdbank.com
- Click on the Customer Service tab
- Under Self Service section click on Order Checks
You can also give us a call at 888-751-9000 or stop by your nearest TD Bank location to order your checks.
If you’re a business Customer you may reorder checks by logging into BusinessDirect. Go to the “Service Center” and select “Order Checks.” After your order is placed, checks typically take 7-10 business days to arrive to your address.
Please keep in mind, if you do not currently use Online Banking or BusinessDirect and have never ordered checks with TD Bank before you will have to either call us or visit a TD Bank Store to place your first order, for security purposes.
We hope this helps, Kaitlyn and have a great day.
