To send a Secure Message, please log into your account and click on the Customer Service tab and then select "Send a Message". If you choose this option, please include the exact travel dates, destinations and if there will be any connecting flight locations if applicable. Additionally, you may contact our 24/7 Customer Service line at 888-751-9000 to have a Banking Specialist place a travel notification on your account, or you can do so in person at a local TD Bank Store during lobby hours.
