Welcome to TD Helps, Mary. We'd be glad to provide ways to obtain statement copies.
Please know that TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum. Because of this we are unable to assist with your request directly as we do not have access to your account/personal information.
You are able to review and print your statements using Online Banking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once signed in, you may follow the steps below to view/print your statements:
1. Click on the accounts link at the top of the screen.
2. Click on the checking account number you would like to view statements for.
3. Click on the Statements & Notices tab.
4. Choose the statement period you would like to view and click View Statement.
5. You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statement.
You can also request statement copies to be mailed to the address we have on file for you by contacting a Banking Specialist. We are available 24/7 at 888-751-9000, at any TD Store or via secure message while signed in.
To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
To send a secure message using Online Banking, please sign in and select 'Send a secure message' located in the 'Message Center' on the left hand side of the page.
Keep in mind that mailed statements may take up to 7-10 business days to arrive.
We hope these options help, Mary! Enjoy your weekend.
