Welcome to the TD Helps community, Robert. We're happy to point you in the right direction.
We offer Foreign Exchange Services at all of our TD Bank Stores. Anyone may purchase or exchange foreign currencies. Some of our locations even have a limited supply of Euros.
We always recommend calling ahead to ensure the amount you're requesting is available. You do have the option of ordering Euros at any TD Bank Store, for locations near you please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores. When placing a currency order, it is important to place your order before 3:00 PM and allow at least two business days for your Euros to arrive.
If you are picking up Euros because you may be traveling overseas, we recommend placing a travel notation on your account before you go. You can do so by calling our Customer Service Line 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or visiting a local TD Bank Store. If you're setup for online banking, another option would be to sending a secured message using www.tdbank.com and request that Travel Notifications be added to your account. To send a secured message you must first log on to your TD Bank online profile. On the left hand side, you should see and option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center”. If you are not set up for Online Banking, please visit here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Keep in mind that you will need your account number, Social Security number and ATM/debit card handy to complete the enrollment process.
Hope that this helps out, Robert! Let us know if you have any other questions.
