Welcome to TD Helps Isr. We're happy to provide you with some information today.
In order to access an inactive or dormant account, you would be required to step inside a TD Bank location with proper photo ID to reactivate it. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause as you state that you are not currently residing within our East Coast footprint.
To take a look at our Store locations and their hours the next time you're able to stop in, please visit https://go.td.com/1f9DSJR .
If you have any other accounts with TD that are still active, keep in mind that there may be an alternative. As this is pertaining to your specific account, we recommend contacting us directly. You may contact us from outside of the U.S. by calling us 24/7 at 856-751-9000 via mobile telephone or calling us collect with an operator's assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 215-569-0518. Our Representatives will be happy to help you.
We hope you have a great day, Isr.
