Thanks for reaching out to us with a great question, Ruby.
We're glad to hear that you were able locate your card and that it was not stolen. For security reasons we're unable to reopen a debit card once it's been closed. But don't worry; we'd be happy to help you get a new one!
The quickest way to get a new debit card is to come in and visit us at any of our Stores. We can print them on the spot. To find a Store near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
If you'd prefer, we can also have a replacement card mailed to your address on file. To do this, simply give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000. We'll confirm we have your address correct and get the replacement card out to you right away.
You can also request that the card be sent to you by sending us a secure message through your online or mobile banking. To send a secure message, log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We can generally respond within 24 hours or less. Be sure to include the details of your request and your current address for verification.
If this is in regard to a lost credit card, please call our Credit Card Customer Service Team 24/7 at 888-561-8861.
We look forward to hearing from you soon, Ruby. Have a great day!
